If you’ve been to LA recently, you’ve most likely heard about the Korean taco, a new food trend that can only be called a “phenomenon.” The idea was first put together by food truck entrepreneurs Roy Choi and Mark Manguera, the duo behind “Kogi Korean BBQ.” If they sound familiar, it’s because they’ve received a lot of attention, most especially on social media, leading Newsweek to call them “America’s first viral eatery.”
