Grill Till You Can’t Grill No More
As the days become shorter and the air gets crisper, our grilling days are coming to a rapid end. Whether you’ve hosted parties, made yourself a midnight snack or improvised supper after a day at the pool, barbecuing must be the international culinary symbol of summer time. Here was one of my favorite meals prepared during a lazy summer Sunday.
