As the days become shorter and the air gets crisper, our grilling days are coming to a rapid end. Whether you’ve hosted parties, made yourself a midnight snack or improvised supper after a day at the pool, barbecuing must be the international culinary symbol of summer time. Here was one of my favorite meals prepared during a lazy summer Sunday.

    Oh man this was such a perfect sunday summer meal…those double cooked french fries are pretty epic, and the fresh bruschetta with basil from the garden….oh man i love summer so much….:( why does it have to only appear for 2 weeks in MTL?
