I haven’t actually eaten at a McDonald’s in at least five years (if not more), so I wouldn’t be a great judge of what constitutes a perfect fry from McDees, but evidently, the golden arches has some standards when it comes to frying potatoes. They even have something of a system to it.
Nicko’s Kitchen has cracked the code, and he’s showing people how to make their very own version of the McDonald’s french fries. Anyone with a deep fryer want to try this out with me?

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbls corn syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- canola oil for frying
