NOMA is a two Michelin star restaurant run by chef René Redzepi in Copenhagen, Denmark. In both 2010 and 2011, it was ranked as the Best Restaurant in the World by Restaurant.
These two Italian dudes filmed their entire meal, and it’s pretty compelling viewing (at least for me). In case you’re wondering, the meal came out to 537 EUROS (or 714 American dollars).
