More Than Just a Book of Recipes
David McMillan and Frédéric Morin, owners’ of Joe Beef restaurant, are releasing their new cookbook The Art of Living According to Joe Beef on October 11th and can be purchased on Amazon.
The early reviews have described the book as “nonlinear” focusing not only on recipes, but on Montreal’s dining history, a chapter on their vegetable garden and a how-to guide to building a smoker amongst other things.
I am personally very excited to see what this cookbook is all about. Joe Beef is one of my favorite restaurants in Montreal, and I can maybe claim, the world. I am curious to see what the authors/chefs have to offer their loyal public.
