The Perennial Plate recently released it’s 52nd episode, living up to the promise of creator Daniel Klein to produce one webisode per week dealing with “sustainable and adventurous eating” in Minnesota. Now the Perennial Plate is taking the show to the road: season 2 will take the form of a trans-America roadtrip, and they are asking viewers to suggest locations to visit based on this map:
There are other ways to help out with the series as well.
Whether Klein focuses on killing a turkey for thanksgiving dinner, growing vegetables in the winter, butchering a lamb, hunting squirrels, or making maple syrup, there is always something to be learned from this wonderful series.
